This short satirical piece, co-written with R. H. Barlow, imagines a bizarre and absurd wrestling match between various writers and figures of the pulp fiction world. Filled with exaggerated imagery and inside jokes, it parodies the literary scene of Lovecraft’s time. Though not a traditional horror tale, it reflects Lovecraft’s playful side and love of grotesque humor. The "battle" is chaotic, surreal, and deeply tongue-in-cheek. It’s an unusual glimpse into his more comedic sensibilities.
